Riccione, Mercatino Conca, Carpegna, S.Marino, Riccione
Considered "STRONG", this 105 Km path is characterised by 2 slopes and a hill. Riccione is 0 m above sea level, while Carpegna is as high as 1007 m above sea level. And there are only 50 Km. between the two cities. This path is uphill all the way: Croce 120 m, Mercatino Conca 285 m, Montecerignone 550 m, Ponte Cappuccini 700 m and Carpegna 800 m. Real climbers can change the path and, from Carpegna, take the slopes that reach up to 1450 m above sea level: the slopes to be confronted have gradients of 16% - 18% - 20% respectively. If those who are less trained find that this adventure is not appealing, it is possible to go on riding 5 Km from Carpegna and reach Passo Cantoniera. Here it is possible to have a rest and try one of the local specialties such as tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or with truffles. To return, go towards Ponte Cappuccini, Mercatino Conca, San Marino, Faetano and Ospedaletto and get together in Rimini. Continue up to Riccione in order to complete the trip.
