PATH No. 4
Riccione, Albereto, Montescudo, Riccione
This 90 Km path is characterised by 3 slopes. The hardest one has a gradient of 18%. Going towards the Republic of San Marino, you will find the slope leading towards the famous fortresses. It is possible to bypass the "salita delle rocche" (fortresses slope) if, after reaching the junction, you turn towards Faetano. The road is a long descent extending over 8 Km where you can get ready for the last effort in this route: Albereto slope is 2.5 Km long and has a gradient of 16%. The former professional cyclist Ugrumov used this slope to get in shape before Tours. After reaching the summit, you will descend through Montescudo, Rimini and Riccione. This path has been planned for those cyclists who love unevenness. It is CERTAINLY "STRONG" and creates the ideal challenging atmosphere without leaving aside the tourist aspect, as there are wonderful views in all the stretches.
Once the excursion is over, our guides will be available to go with you in the tour of enology and gastronomy for you to buy local typical products.
