...it was during the ‘70s when Antonio Albanesi started to build, brick by brick, the foundations of this inn: he was a handsome man, admired and respected by people, whose dream was to get people, music and Romagna Folklore together around himself and his Taverna in order to create a house that the tourists staying in the family hotel could reach also by bicycle, and taste his good wine and, why not, a slice of salami produced by himself.

Some years have passed, and it is now Toni Amadori who does the honours, pursuing his grandpa’s dream, and who, thanks to his expert hands, crowns this wish...
... in this way, the Taverna takes “life” and the Tourists staying at hotel Boemia in Riviera go to Saludecio every week and become guests in the Taverna: they eat excellent food, drink the good wine produced by Toni, sing, dance and have so much fun. Soon it will also be possible to spend the night there. |
